We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer to lead and improve day-to-day recruitment activity across the organisation. This role is responsible for managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, supporting hiring managers, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring a professional and compliant applicant experience from first contact through to offer stage. The successful candidate will be confident working at pace, handling multiple vacancies, maintaining accurate records, and identifying ways to improve attraction, screening, and onboarding outcomes.
